Did you know two out of three Americans gain at least 6 lbs. between Thanksgiving and New Years!! Over the 34-day span that is consuming a total of 21,000 EXTRA calories = 617 EXTRA calories PER DAY!!!

How to fight the weight gain – focus your attention on being active daily! You are what you eat, however when you exercise you’re more likely to make better food choices and consume fewer calories in a day.
