Month-to-Month Coaching

Each training program is specifically designed for each athlete depending on their goals,
commitments and responsibilities outside of their activities.

 
Training programs take a balanced approach that incorporate aerobic conditioning, strength training, speed, flexibility and coordination exercises; taper and recovery plans for those athletes racing.  Prior to any Individual Consultation, athlete will complete Pre-Coaching Questionnaire / Athlete Waiver and Release Form.


Coaching Services & Pricing

Premium Coaching

Each athlete receives a fully customized training schedule that is based on results from fitness field tests. This level of coaching service provides weekly athlete/coach interaction, which is important for those individuals wanting to perform at their very best.

Premium Coaching Program offers:

  • 60-minute initial consultation to develop an athletic profile. This is achieved by reviewing past training program, race results, medical/injury history, identifying short term and long term goals, and to identify your weaknesses and strengths.
  • Premium Training Peaks Account to receive / monitor training plan
  • Fully Customized Training program based off field tests
  • Training schedule will include descriptions of, the purpose of, intensity and duration of each workout
  • Weekly training schedule analysis and fitness monitoring. The results of which can be used to make alterations to the training plan if necessary.
  • A taper plan and race day plan
  • A post-race recovery plan
  • A race-day nutrition plan
  • Unlimited E-mail access with your Coach
  • Strength training and flexibility plan
  • Weekly phone update with your Coach (Coach initiated)
  • Access to optional Group Workouts (Available in the Charleston area only)

Platinum Coaching

A comprehensive coaching service including unlimited athlete/coach interaction through phone and e-mail.  The customized training schedule is based off results from fitness field tests and also includes (4) 50-minute individual training sessions per month.  This program is designed for athletes who want to take their fitness to the next level while being challenged weekly in a personal training session.

Platinum Coaching Program offers:

Platinum Plus+ Coaching

The most hands-on coaching service offered, including (8) one-on-one training sessions a month!  Platinum Plus+ is for athletes who desire a highly interactive relationship with their coach.  The fully customized training schedule is based off results from fitness field tests and includes bi-weekly individual training sessions.  This level of coaching requires significant commitment and will assist the athlete to supersede their goals.

Platinum Plus+ Coaching Program offers:
