Personalized Training Plans

Includes a 30-minute Individual Consultation to offer guidance to athletes who want to self-coach.
We sit down and talk about a wide range of topics including goals, race schedule (if applicable),
fueling/nutrition, flexibility, strength training, equipment selection and local resources available.

 
To help us be prepared for consultation I ask athletes to email me ahead of time with a list of topics they want to cover. Training programs are personalized, includes strength and flexibility plan as well as a TrainingPeaks account.
